1. The reading pen cannot be turned on

(1) Please unplug the battery and reinstall it

(2) Please make sure the MicroSD card is placed correctly

(3) Please replace with new alkaline batteries

2. The sound of the pen reading becomes slower or sounds abnormal

It may be caused by low battery so please try a new alkaline battery

3. The reading pen turns off suddenly

In boot state but not in use: In order to avoid power consumption, Ophaya's reading pen will automatically shut down without any action for 3 minutes.

The reading pen in use: The battery power may be too low so please try a new alkaline battery

4. Can I still read the damaged pages of the book with the reading pen?

If it’s partially damaged, you can read it as long as the Code Dot of the partial block can be recognized by the reading pen.

5. To avoid battery leakage damages the reading pen

Please remove the battery when the reading pen is not used for a long time.

Please avoid leaving the reading pen in the sun, high temperature, or humid environment for a long time.
